    National Consultant to support a New Model of Pedagogical Practicum (PreService Teacher Education), IsDB/GPE/OFID Education Reform Project, Phase 2, Education, Dushanbe, Tajikistan in Tajikistan

    Under the direct supervision of the UNICEF Education Specialist and in close collaboration with the working groups, the Republican Teaching and Methodological Centre (RTMC), the Republican In-Service Teacher Training Institute (RITTI), the Academy of Education, the MoES department responsible for higher and pedagogical education, pilot universities, base (support) schools of student practicum, and the international consultants, the National Consultant will provide technical, methodological, and coordination support to the pedagogical practicum workstream under Subcomponent 2.2. The role combines the development of practicum instruments with capacity development, mentoring, monitoring, translation, and support to the normative institutionalization of the new practicum model.

    UNICEF Turkmenistan seeks an international consultancy to support the Ministry of Education in strengthening capacity for Education in Emergencies by developing and introducing a clear framework that can guide preparedness, response and early recovery in the education sector. Through capacity-building, the consultancy is then intended to support government actors to better understand and apply this framework in practice. The framework will be designed from the outset to be disability inclusive and will build on existing work on inclusive school safety and disaster risk reduction. In this regard, the consultancy will draw on the Global Alliance for Disaster Risk Reduction and Resilience in the Education Sector (GADRRRES) Comprehensive School Safety Framework (CSSF 2022--2030) as the main international reference.

    Afin de poursuivre les efforts engagés et de renforcer le système de santé, la Guinée entend participer au huitième cycle de financement du Fonds mondial (GC8) pour la période 2026-2028, dans le cadre de la 8ᵉ reconstitution des ressources du Fonds mondial (2027-2029) visant à mobiliser 18 milliards de dollars américains pour sauver 23 millions de vies et réduire significativement la mortalité liée au VIH, à la tuberculose et au paludisme. Dans ce cadre, le Mécanisme de Coordination Nationale (CCM) prévoit de soumettre une demande de financement alignée sur les priorités nationales et les orientations stratégiques du Fonds mondial. Les présents Termes de Référence (TDR) visent ainsi à recruter une équipe de consultants chargée d’appuyer le processus de formulation technique, stratégique et budgétaire de cette demande de financement. Objectif général: Appuyer la Guinée dans l’élaboration d’une demande de financement de haute qualité, techniquement solide, inclusive et conforme aux directives du Fonds mondial pour le huitième cycle.
