La Oficina de UNICEF en Cuba se complace en anunciar su convocatoria para la Consultoría Local Asistencia técnica jurídica sobre marco normativo y de políticas públicas para la protección de la infancia y la adolescencia que tiene como objetivo brindar asistencia técnica especializada para la elaboración, revisión, ajuste y/o actualización de normas jurídicas, protocolos técnicos, herramientas metodológicas y acciones formativas relacionadas con el fortalecimiento del sistema de protección de los derechos de niños, niñas y adolescentes en Cuba, asegurando su alineación con los estándares internacionales de derechos humanos y con el nuevo marco
jurídico nacional.
La consultoría implicará un acompañamiento técnico y metodológico altamente especializado a UNICEF e instituciones nacionales cubanas, en el contexto del fortalecimiento del marco normativo y de políticas públicas para la protección integral y especializada de los derechos de niños, niñas y adolescentes.

The consultant will play a strategic supporting role in advancing UNICEF’s institutional engagement with GCC partners. This includes:
Developing high-impact strategic documents and planning tools for senior management use;
Drafting and finalizing Notes for the Record of high-level strategic dialogues;
Coordinating the preparation of background materials, concept notes, and agendas for UNGA and other global events;
Updating and refining donor profiles for each GCC country, integrating insights from 2025 engagements;
Drafting targeted advocacy products that support UNICEF’s positioning, visibility and fundraising priorities.

This initiative aligns with Gavi’s Partners’ Engagement Framework (PEF) and the demand-driven Targeted Country Assistance (TCA) model, which emphasizes country-led identification of needs and partner accountability. UNICEF Liberia is seeking to hire qualified individuals to strengthen immunization systems and services in Liberia through targeted technical support provided by eight (8) Immunization Consultants. These consultants will work closely with the Ministry of Health (MOH), and county health teams, UNICEF, WHO, and other implementing partners to address critical gaps in vaccine delivery, data management, equity, and coverage— for routine immunization and particularly for new and underutilized vaccines such as HPV, PCV3, and Malaria vaccine.
This initiative aligns with Gavi’s Partners’ Engagement Framework (PEF) and the demand-driven Targeted Country Assistance (TCA) model, which emphasizes country-led identification of needs and partner accountability. The consultants will support Liberia’s ongoing efforts to sustain progress toward zero-dose reduction, improve immunization coverage, and enhance the use of digital tools for improved service delivery.
