Starting with 2016, UNCT Moldova has been implementing the Diversity Internship Program for men, women and persons of diverse gender identities, belonging to different marginalized groups (further referring as Diversity Internship Program). The aim of the internship is, on the one hand, to empower representatives of marginalized groups to further seek employment on the open labor market, and on the other hand to improve diversity within the UN System.
