Dans le cadre de son engagement en faveur du développement professionnel des jeunes, l'UNICEF propose ce stage afin d’offrir une opportunité d’apprentissage au sein d’une organisation internationale. Ce stage permettra au stagiaire de développer des compétences pratiques et d’acquérir une expérience enrichissante dans divers domaines couverts par la Représentation de l'organisation.

How can you make a difference? 

Responsabilités principales:

1. Coordination de la Communication/PAFEEM

  • Organiser les réunions mensuelles de la Communication/PAFEEM.
  • Rédiger les procès-verbaux de ces réunions.
  • Participer aux réunions du PAFEEM et soumettre des résumés au Représentant.

2.  Analyse de l’environnement socio-politique du Mali

  • Élaborer un résumé hebdomadaire (une page) sur l’environnement socio-politique du Mali.
  • Proposer une structure analytique pour ces rapports hebdomadaires.

3. Visites de terrain et rapports

  • Participer aux visites de terrain avec l’équipe Communication.
  • Rédiger un rapport synthétique (une page) sur les progrès et défis observés.

4.  Support au plaidoyer pour les droits des enfants

  • Assister dans les activités de plaidoyer auprès des hautes autorités maliennes.
  • Contribuer à la préparation des documents et supports nécessaires.

5.  Support aux réunions internes et externes

  • Identifier et prioriser les réunions clés en consultation avec Fatoumata Ba et le Représentant.
  • Déléguer les réunions secondaires à d’autres collègues (Adjoint au Représentant, Chefs de section, etc.).

6.  Gestion de la correspondance

  • Rédiger les réponses à certains courriers destinés à la signature du Représentant.
  • Veiller à la qualité et à la conformité des courriers officiels.

7.  Autres tâches

  • Répondre aux autres sollicitations du Représentant en fonction des besoins

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have… 

  • Diplôme universitaire en sciences sociales, relations internationales, communication, droit ou tout autre domaine pertinent.
  • Bonne Bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse.
  • Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles en français.
  • Capacité de travailler sous pression et de respecter les délais.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Intérêt pour les questions socio-politiques et les droits des enfants.

Remarks:  

UNICEF appointments are subject to medical clearance. Issuance of a visa by the host country of the duty station, which will be facilitated by UNICEF, is required for IP positions. Appointments may also be subject to inoculation (vaccination) requirements, including against SARS-CoV-2 (Covid). Government employees that are considered for employment with UNICEF are normally required to resign from their government before taking up an assignment with UNICEF. UNICEF reserves the right to withdraw an offer of appointment, without compensation, if a visa or medical clearance is not obtained, or necessary inoculation requirements are not met, within a reasonable period for any reason.
