Le Gouvernement de la République du Mali a obtenu un prêt (n° 6852-ML) et une subvention (D786-ML) de la Banque mondiale afin d'améliorer l'accès au financement à travers des initiatives d'entrepreneuriat et d'emploi. Ce prêt et cette subvention ont été formalisés dans un accord de financement signé le 20 avril 2021, pour la mise en œuvre du Projet de Promotion de l'Accès au Financement, à l'Entrepreneuriat et à l'Emploi au Mali (PAFEEM.

Minimum requirements:

Education: 

Au moins un-Master en politiques, publiques, sciences politiques, relations  internationales, developpement international, administration publique, économie, communication ou dans d'autres domaines  pertinent.

Work Experience: 

Une expérience professionnelle pratique d'au moins  cinq (5) ans dans le domaine de la communication, des médias imprimés et audiovisuels, ou des médias  numériques interactifs, incluant la production web et l'expérience des réseaux sociaux dans un  environnement critique pour les affaires est requise

Language Requirements: 

La langue francaise est obligatoire, ecrite, orale, avoir une bonne connaissance en l’anglais pour les  rédactions et la capacité de parler au moins une des langues locales du pays.

Desirables:

UNICEF appointments are subject to medical clearance.  Issuance of a visa by the host country of the duty station is required for IP positions and will be facilitated by UNICEF. Appointments may also be subject to inoculation (vaccination) requirements, including against SARS-CoV-2 (Covid). Should you be selected for a position with UNICEF, you either must be inoculated as required or receive a medical exemption from the relevant department of the UN. Otherwise, the selection will be canceled.
