Minimum requirements:
Education:
- A University degree in one of the following fields is required: Social Science, Anthropology, Statistics, Research or other related fields.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of one year of experience managing digital Complaints and Feedback Response Mechanism (CFRM) systems, preferably within UN organizations, especially in L2/L3 humanitarian/emergency context.
- Sound understanding of the principles and practice of Accountability to Affected People (AAP) and Environmental and Social Safeguarding (ESS).
- Experience managing databases and strong knowledge of Excel, ODK, KOBO, INFORM and other mobile data collection tools and data analysis, and data presentation in digestible form.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Good written and spoken skills in the language of humanitarian operation and knowledge of another UN language an asset.
Desirables:
- UNICEF AAP/CFRM specific experience is an added advantage.
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
