                                                         TERMS OF REFERENCE

Le/la Consultant.e d’évaluation mènera une évaluation des activités de CSC pour prévenir les VSBG faites aux enfants et aux adolescents pour la communauté de Buterere et la commune de Kirundo et renforcer la recherche d’aide. L'évaluation déterminera les changements d'attitudes et de comportements liés aux résultats souhaités du projet afin de:

• Remettre en question les normes sociales favorisant la VSBG;

• Réduire la stigmatisation envers les survivants;

• Encourager la déclaration des cas et la recherche de soutien.

Minimum requirements:

Education:

  • Diplôme universitaire supérieur (Masters ou BAC+5) en sciences sociales, droits humains, ou tout autre domaine similaire

Work Experience:

  • Au moins 5 ans d’expériences dans la réalisation des évaluations des programmes dans la domaine des sciences comportementales les analyses comportementaux; ou les changements de normes sociales, surtout dans le domaine de protection de l’enfant et la lutte contre les VSBG
  • Au moins 5 ans d’expérience de recherche rigoureuse dans le domaine des sciences comportementales et du changement de comportement, ainsi que dans le domaine de la recherche qualitative et quantitative et des modèles et méthodes d'évaluation, y compris les méthodes expérimentales et quasi expérimentales visant à éclairer la programmation sur le terrain dans des contextes de développement.

Skills:

  • Capacité à travailler de façon indépendante, sous pression, avec la contrainte de produire des résultats de qualités 
  • Compétences rédactionnelles et éditoriales avérées.
  • Une excellente compréhension des pratiques culturelles locales liées aux VSBG et à la violence envers les enfants au Burundi.
  • Capacité avérée à élaborer des documents d'orientation, des analyses techniques et des produits de développement de grande qualité.

Language Requirements:

  • Parler et écrire parfaitement le français, et des excellentes capacités de rédaction en français et en anglais. Parler et écrire en kirundi sera un atout.

Desirables:

  • Une expérience avec les institutions ONU serait un atout.
