Assurer l’accompagnement technique, la coordination opérationnelle et le suivi qualité de la phase de mise à l’essai, de finalisation et de préparation au déploiement d’une mallette pédagogique (6 guides) destinée aux éducateurs de la classe préparatoire (5 ans),

Minimum requirements:

Years of Experience/ Knowledge/Expertise/Skills required*: 

Sciences de l’éducation, pédagogie, didactique, psychologie de l’enfant, ou domaine équivalent

  • Qualification : Diplôme universitaire en Sciences de l’éducation, pédagogie, didactique, psychologie de l’enfant, ou domaine équivalent est requis.
  • Expérience : minimum 20 ans d’expérience pertinente dans le domaine de l’éducation, dont une expérience avérée en éducation préscolaire/année préparatoire et en accompagnement des pratiques de classe
  • Expertise : ingénierie pédagogique et élaboration/révision d’outils et guides pratiques ; conception et mise en œuvre de dispositifs de formation d’adultes ; pédagogies actives centrées sur l’enfant et le jeu ; approche inclusive et différenciation pédagogique.
  • Compétences : planification et coordination multi-acteurs ; collecte/analyse de données de terrain ; rédaction de rapports analytiques ; formation et facilitation d’ateliers ; production de supports de présentation ; excellentes capacités d’organisation et de communication.
  • Atouts (fortement souhaité): expérience de collaboration avec des institutions publiques et des organisations internationales ; connaissance des politiques et référentiels nationaux relatifs au préscolaire et à la qualité
  • Avoir bénéficié du grade d’Inspecteur général Émérite de l’éducation est souhaitable
  • Langues requises: Arabe et Francais
