UNICEF Indonesia is looking for a national consultant to provide overarching support for analytical and research activities to be conducted as part of the System Capacity Grant (SCG) Part 2 work plan. The investment case aims to demonstrate the value and impact of early learning on children, society and the nation as a whole. It provides evidence-based arguments to policymakers, highlighting how ECE can lead to better educational outcomes, increased economic productivity, and reduced social inequalities, among many benefits.
This consultancy seeks to undertake research on celebrities and influencers that:
A. Embody the UNICEF brand using our brand values and exclusion criteria;
B. Have wide reach and influence across UNICEF’s target audiences;
C. Can commit to a workplan with various activities such as learning sessions and field visits; and
D. Can contribute to UNICEF’s priority and other advocacies.
The final output is a recommendation of at least five (5) celebrities and influencers on the national level, and another set of five (5) at the Bangsamoro level.
The purpose of setting up the Consultants’ Roster of Experts is to provide UNICEF Regional and Country Offices with pre-qualified consultants who can be contracted quickly to provide a range of technical advisory and strategic support services on Gender Equality.

The WASH Officer will report to the WASH Specialist and provide technical, operational and administrative assistance throughout the WASH programming process. The WASH Officer will prepare, and implement a variety of technical, management, and administrative tasks, related to the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the WASH output results of the country programme. Specifically, this position will provide dedicated WASH engineering expertise to the WASH Programme in the country office including working closely with key government stakeholders and selected contractors in planning of improvement works and to provide close technical oversight and regular reporting of implementation of the construction works.
