Managerial oversight focuses on ensuring the Investigations Officer receives the direction and support necessary to deliver results in accordance with the mandate and vision of the Investigations Service; and that the Investigations Officer is able to develop their investigative skills so as to be able to evolve in their investigation career.Under the supervision of the Chief of Investigations, the Investigations Officer (SEA) will be a key member of the team responsible for managing the intake and assessment of SEA and CSG cases, maintaining data integrity, and applying a victim/survivor-centred approach.
