The Oxygen Innovation Technical Expert will sit within UNICEF’s Product Innovation Centre (PIC). This team drives research and development (R&D) and scale of new innovative products to improve the lives of children across the world. This consultancy will support demand generation for the innovative LRS oxygen concentrator and document evidence of its superiority over older models, facilitating adoption, implementation, and sustainability. Additionally, the consultant will support countries in planning and implementing innovative LRS oxygen concentrators and developing new business models for operating oxygen delivery systems.
The Strategic Business Modernization Section (SBM) unit ensures that service delivery at the GSSC meets the highest quality standards. The Service Quality Assurance Team (SQA) team plays a key role in testing, monitoring compliance, identifying risks, and providing independent insights on process performance, to meet high quality standards and satisfy customer expectations.
The SQA Intern will support this work by contributing to data-driven analysis, transaction reviews, compliance monitoring, reporting, and awareness initiatives to strengthen quality and consistency across GSSC operations.
