UNICEF Zambia Country Office is looking for a dynamic and dedicated professional who under the supervision of the Deputy Representative Programme, will be accountable for supporting the effective implementation of programme coordination, budget management, documentation, and reporting. As part of the Digital Strategy of UNICEF, the Digital Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for the Web Analytics accurate implementations in the respective region and provide statistical and actionable insights for the Digital teams.
This Digital Data Analytics Specialist will analyze large amounts of raw information to find trends that will help improve the digital campaigns' performance in each region. The Digital Data Analytics Specialist will build data products to extract valuable business insights and recommend actions to the digital teams. Therefore, this role will share commercial responsibilities over the results of the digital campaigns in the respective region. This consultant role will be in the Data & Insights team, under the global Digital Team of PFP UNICEF.
Benin Co is looking for a champion as PME Specialist to ensure that the Benin Country Office has useful, valid and reliable information on the situation of children’s and women’s rights and ensure that the performance of UNICEF-supported programmes including their relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability, and in emergency contexts, their coverage, coordination and coherence.
The new country programme will start in March 2025 and end in December 2029. The country office needs a resource mobilisation and leveraging strategy and implementation plan to support raising funds for programmes and leveraging resources for children. An international consultant is needed to support the country in developing a forward-thinking strategy and an action plan, with concrete, actionable recommendations, including a number of workflow and trend analyses, that will enable the country to raise more effectively funds for the new country programme.
The objective of this assignment is to support UNICEF Rwanda’s resource mobilization by developing a comprehensive strategy that analyzes the country's development partnership landscape, the trends of development partners’ contributions to UNICEF and to the country’s social development sectors, and the public and private sectors' investment in children in the past years in development and humanitarian assistance. This would be done by analyzing organizations competing with UNICEF over funds and analyzing UNICEF Rwanda’s value proposition or competitive advantage.
The output will be a resource mobilization and leveraging strategic document and an action plan for the 2025-2029 Country Programme. This would enable the office to raise sufficient funds for its programme and support the country in leveraging more resources for children.
