UNICEF Burkina Faso would like to hire a Human Resources Officer (NOB) based at Ouagadougou. The HR Officer reports to the HR Manager for close guidance, training and supervision. The consultant shall develop next NNSAP-2 (2025-2030) in alignment with the 13th FYP and findings from National Health Survey (NHS 2023/2024).

The overall objectives of the consultancy are to support the MoH and UNICEF in developing a comprehensive training package for rolling out the RUSH Protocol and the Kenya Rural and Urban Sanitation and Hygiene RTMIS in Kenya and conducting a national-level training of Trainers of Trainers (TOTs). The consultant is expected to train a maximum of 100 master trainers, who will subsequently train users of the protocol and system at the county and sub-county levels.
