UNICEF Office of Innovation is seeking a communication consultant to support the planning, development and creation of UPSHIFT advocacy and communication activites to support global advocacy efforts to showcase the impact of UPSHIFT on young people 21st century skills development, engagment and transition from learning to earning.
The successful candidate will be a part of the Portfolio, Culture, and Scale team based in Stockholm and will work under the direct supervision of the UPSHIFT global lead and in close collaboration with the Partnerships and Communicaiton team. The consultant will work remotely and is expected to be available along CET time zone during the active engagement of the assignment.
UNICEF South Africa has approximately ZAR7.5 million VAT input submissions per financial year. As the Receiver of Revenue requirements are onerous, this requires dedicated expertise for ensuring the requirements are met for each submission.
The purpose of the assignment is to provide assistance to the Country Office to claim back input VAT from the South African Receiver of Revenues (SARS).
UNICEF Uganda has a rapidly growing portfolio of immunization work that requires support from experienced national and international consultants across different immunization sub-specialties.
This expanding portfolio highlights the importance of additional human resource to address the diverse challenges to contribute to better immunization coverages across Uganda.
The roster will contain pre-screened qualified individuals found suitable for the assignment, who will be contacted for assignments as and when the need arises. Candidates will be placed in the roster for the next 36 months and called upon based on the suitability of the assignment and availability.
