The Social Policy team contributes to UNICEF’s strategic results on the reduction of child poverty, social protection and public finance. Its main aim is to support country offices. This post will support specific Goal Area 5 Strategic Plan results to improve access to inclusive social protection systems and reduction of child poverty through increasing coverage and financing of social protection systems for children.
Under the close supervision and guidance of the Human Resources Officer/Specialist/Manager/Chief, the Human Resources Associate provides administrative, procedural and operational support and assistance to the efficient implementation of a broad range of Human Resources functions for all categories of staff in his/her office, ensuring accurate and timely delivery that is in compliance with UNICEF HR rules and regulations.
UNICEF Nepal Country Office is looking for an expert with demonstrated experience in gender equality, social norms transformation, curriculum development, and facilitation methodologies for designing a comprehensive training toolkit to engage men and boys in reflective and transformative dialogues around masculinity, gender equality, and power dynamics.
As a Strategic Business Partner and regional advisor, the incumbent will be responsible to lead for results, drive change, provide risk informed, solution-focused analysis, advice and services and contribute to programme and management decisions for delivering results for children in all operational contexts within the Regional office and provide technical leadership and guidance for Operations in all countries and field offices within the region.
L'objectif de cette étude est de fournir un aperçu actuel des risques, types et formes des violences qui se produisent dans et autour de l'école dans 4 provinces de la République Démocratique du Congo, à savoir Tanganyika, Kasaï, Nord-Kivu et Ituri et plus précisément autour de 270 écoles ciblées dont 100 à Tanganyika, 100 au Kasaï, 35 en Ituri et 35 au Nord Kivu. Elle propose aussi des stratégies fondées sur des preuves qui pourraient être instaurées dans le but de guider les efforts de prévention des violences dans et autour de l'école.
