The purpose of this Terms of Reference is to establish a Generic Consultant Roster of technically qualified individual consultants who can be considered for future specialized WASH consultancy assignments supporting UNICEF Pakistan's programme at national and provincial levels.
Under the supervision of the Representative, and in close collaboration with the Deputy Representatives, Chief of Education (PAAF Project Manager), the Chief WASH, the Chief Supply/Construction, Operations, Security and Field Offices, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for the strategic, operational and technical coordination of the PAAF project.
