UNICEF Angola is seeking a dynamic and motivated WASH Officer to support the integration of Climate Resilience, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Anticipatory Action (AA) and emergency preparedness across programme sectors. Reporting to the WASH Specialist, the candidate will contribute to programme planning, implementation, monitoring, partnership development and resource mobilization, while supporting climate-resilient WASH interventions and humanitarian preparedness and response. The overall objective of this consultancy is to strengthen Iraq's climate governance and data systems and to expand access to climate finance, by supporting the establishment and operationalization of a Climate Information Unit within the Ministry of Environment and by providing technical support to the NDC water sector action plan, the NAP process, loss and damage work, GCF proposal preparation and DRR programming.
