The purpose of this consultancy is to provide quantitative data analysis support for the baseline phase of the Climate Resilient WASH impact evaluation in Karamoja, Uganda. The consultant will work as part of a multidisciplinary team including the UNICEF Impact Evaluation Specialist, WASH thematic expert, and program leads to ensure high-quality data collection, management, and analysis that meets international evaluation standards. This assignment focuses on establishing robust data collection systems, conducting baseline analysis, and creating comprehensive documentation to guide subsequent evaluation phases.
