This consultancy will provide critical support to the continued roll-out of the MRMIMS+ system to situations where it is most needed, building on its existing use in 15 situations included in the Secretary General’s annual report on CAAC. Beyond expanding access, the consultancy will focus on strengthening user support, refining tools and guidance, and enhancing system functionalities to ensure the MRMIMS+ is used effectively.
