The consultant will be responsible for revising learning guidelines, marketing mentorship initiatives, facilitating thematic discussions, and preparing comprehensive learning reports. Additionally, they will recommend innovative learning engagement interventions. Key responsibilities include coordinating learning events, supporting programme design, managing communications on various platforms, and overseeing progress in mentorship and upskilling sessions.

1. Social Protection.
2. Cash-based Transfers.
3. Public Finance for Children.
4. Child Poverty.
5. Local governance including child friendly cities, and urbanization.
Building on the results of the Shock Responsive Social Protection Readiness Assessment, National consultant is expected to support drafting the National Action Plan on improving the shock responsiveness of the social protection system by introducing Humanitarian Cash Transfers into the country’s social transfers support system, administered by the Pension Fund of Turkmenistan at the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of Turkmenistan.

The Purpose Marketing and Brand Building (PMBB) section within PSFP leads global efforts to build marketing strategies that position UNICEF effectively for fundraising and engagement with private sector audiences. The purpose of this assignment is to set the strategic direction for the high value marketing unit and oversee its successful implementation. This involves detailed collaboration with internal teams and external partners to define project scopes, develop comprehensive project plans, and create compelling propositions, narratives and content that supports fundraising objectives.
