Its purpose is to provide direction and guidance on planning, procurement, partnership and execution of construction projects. This post contributes to setting up the normative structure on construction, including processes, procedures and practises at CO and provide support on construction globally through establishing standards and training and guidance, focusing on sustainability, localization, emergency preparedness and response, and climate action and resilience. This includes wholistic considerations for expanded solar, digital and connectivity agendas supporting learning and health programmes for children and their communities.
This post sits within the Europe Team of PPD and is responsible for the overall contributions management roles pertaining to relationship with European partners.
