Under the guidance and supervision of the Partnerships Manager, the Partnerships Specialist will work in a team of six who are responsible for supporting the Country Programme team in the development and delivery of a resource mobilization strategy for UNICEF in Syria. This includes donor analysis and engagement, support to donor submissions (such as proposals, amendments, and reports) as well as donor recognition, and ensuring effective and efficient contribution management systems, processes and approaches.
Lead the development of Global Partnership for Education’s System Transformation (STG) application package for Guinea-Bissau in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Scientific Investigation (MENESIC) in consultation with the Education partners.

The UNICEF West and Central Africa Office is looking for a Senior Immunization Specialist to provide technical and managerial leadership, advocacy, networking, programmatic guidance, and capacity building to UNICEF’s Country Offices throughout the West and Central Africa region on immunization as part of Primary Health Care.
