UNICEF Country Office in Croatia is looking for Face-to-Face (F2F) Fundraiser for the direct recruitment of pledge donors during all of 2025. Fundraising activities will be conducted in Zagreb and Rijeka as well as in cities across the country with mobile teams. To reach our fundraising targets, a team of 35 - 50 Fundraisers is required continuously.
The Implementation Research Consultant will provide technical support for the execution of implementation research in countries within the designated region or regions. Specifically, the incumbent will contribute to generating evidence from implementation research embedded in Health programmes to improve coverage and equity in priority countries (e.g., highest child death numbers and rates’ countries, Gavi, GFF, Global Fund). The incumbent will also produce knowledge products from findings from the implementation research projects and deliver capacity building activities within countries in the designated region or regions, within both UNICEF and partners on the methodology and approach to undertake embedded implementation research that leads to timely improvements in programme delivery of MNCAH services. The incumbent will engage with, and solicit inputs from other members of MNCAH Section (PHC-HSS, Child and Community health, Digital Health & Information systems), other Health Section (Immunization, HEPR etc), and other health colleagues, particularly in country offices, as well as partners, in particular Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, Eli Lilly, BMGF and with the Global Fund.
The purpose of this consultancy is to provide high-quality technical assistance to the child protection team by supporting several initiatives for dissemination and implementation of the CPSS approach on the ground and to strengthen the inclusion agenda, especially with a focus on children on the move in national CP systems through comprehensive and effective knowledge generation, dissemination and utilization.
