Le Bureau UNICEF du Cameroun recherche un consultant international "Monitoring Evaluation Reporting" (Child Protection, Education, WASH, Social Policy, SBC) afin de mesurer la portée des interventions en termes de qualité et d’efficacité au regard des résultats attendus, de renseigner de manière critique sur les résultats obtenus en matière de Changement Social et de Comportement au regard des objectifs et résultats poursuivis par le programme de coopération UNICEF-Cameroun, et de capitaliser sur les leçons apprises.
