The NOB Climate Change officer is based in Bishkek and will lead the strategic development and coordination of the Climate, Energy, Environment, and Disaster Risk Reduction (CEED) initiatives with a primary focus on climate change.
Specific objectives of this evaluation are as follows:
1. To assess how relevant UNICEF’s strategic positioning and conceptual approach to transferable skills development is, including its alignment with global and national education and skills agendas.
