The People & Culture Associate (RAS) will undertake high level and specialized HR support activities. Those specialized activities pertain to the application of HR regulations, rules, and procedures in the context of, on a day-to-day basis, there typically being more complications that arise with a broader variety of solutions that are not always clearly covered in general guidelines, thus requiring a greater capacity to adapt and interpret. The position consequently requires in-depth knowledge of the subject matter and the capacity to carry out tasks with strong independence.
The consultant will support the Ministry of Health (MOH) to identify opens source and design a centralized training information system to track health care workers` training histories over time and support capacity development across the health system. The system will enable linkage with professional councils, support facility-level workforce management, inform training planning, and serve as verifiable evidence for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points and professional license renewal.

Under the supervision of the supervisor, the Programme Associate provides specialized support in program development, implementation, and monitoring, with a focus on data analysis, budget tracking, and reporting. They exercise judgment, anticipate needs, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery, compliance, and organizational goals are met.
Education: Completion of secondary education is required. Professional and/or university courses related to the field of work are highly desirable.Experience:Minimum six years of relevant administrative experience in supply chain management or in a commercial context is required.Language Requirements:Fluency in French is required. Knowledge of English is considered an asset.
