The purpose of this consultancy is to support the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection (MLSP) in analysing the disability system, progress, achievements, and challenges in the disability determination process in the Republic of Moldova. This includes assessing the existing disability framework to develop a Road Map for the designing criteria for determining disability in children and adults, in line with international/EU Member States’ practices, aligned with the biopsychosocial model and the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health - Children and Youth version (ICF-CY).
