The primary purpose of the Technical Advisor Education Monitoring, Evaluation and Research is to provide high quality, accurate and evidenced based technical advice and guidance on the monitoring of the MEC annual workplan and the development, implementation, coordination and monitoring of research and evaluative projects implemented by the Ministry.
