International Consultant to support the MoEYS to produce high-quality Partnership Compact Mid-term Review and analysis of Education Strategic Plan 2024-2028, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The United Nations Children’s Fund in Cambodia is looking for international to support the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) to (1) produce high-quality Partnership Compact Mid-term Review (PC-MTR) progress memo/report utilizing the results of data consolidation and analysis and (2) to undertake an in-depth analysis of the Education Strategic Plan (ESP) 2024-2028 development process to document good practices, challenges and lesson learned.
