Sous la supervision directe du P4 Immunisation Manager, Administrateur/trice genre (Immunisation), a pour responsabilité - Accroitre la participation effective des femmes et des filles à la vaccination et de s’assurer que les stratégies et politiques de vaccination sont genre transformatives (inclure des approches adaptées et spécifiques au contexte et prendre en compte les besoins et les spécificités des femmes et des filles pour garantir l'équité en matière de vaccination) - Appuyer la Direction de la Vaccination et d’assurer la prise en compte et l’intégration effective de l’approche genre dans tous les différents processus de la planification, la mise en œuvre et le suivi-évaluation des activités du PEV, afin d’améliorer l’accès équitable aux services de vaccination pour tous, en particulier les femmes , les fille et les populations les plus vulnérables et en réduisant les inégalités liées au genre.
