How can you make a difference?
The EVM Assessment Support Consultsnt will assist the MoPH in the complete execution of the EVM Assessment, development of Improvement Plan (IP), ensure the proper application of (SOPs) for iSCM and adopt best practices in immunization supply chain management. The consultant will also support in trainings, workshops, and the establishment of operational frameworks for ongoing EVM processes. Additionally, the consultant will identify needs for improvement, integration and future development within iSCM systems.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…
- Post- graduate degree (masters) in public health.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in public health, immunization supply chain management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience working directly with vaccine management systems, supply chain logistics, or EVM assessments, preferably in a low-middle-income country.
- Experience in technical assistance and capacity building for government or international organizations is essential.
- Organized and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in data analysis; quantitative data analysis skills.
- Proficient in report writing.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.

Otherwise, the selection will be canceled.
Remarks:
Individuals engaged under a consultancy or individual contract will not be considered “staff members” under the Staff Regulations and Rules of the United Nations and UNICEF’s policies and procedures, and will not be entitled to benefits provided therein (such as leave entitlements and medical insurance coverage). Their conditions of service will be governed by their contract and the General Conditions of Contracts for the Services of Consultants and Individual Contractors. Consultants and individual contractors are responsible for determining their tax liabilities and for the payment of any taxes and/or duties, in accordance with local or other applicable laws.
