The Programme Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement of UNICEF’s global Manager Support Programme (MSP), ensuring its strategic delivery across e-learning, coaching, mentoring, and peer engagement components. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to measure impact, manage communications, drive engagement, and ensure operational excellence. The Programme Manager will also oversee staff, budgets, timelines, and reporting, while serving as the focal point for senior leadership and the independent programme evaluation.
UNICEF’s Global Learning Innovation Hub (LIH) is seeking a communication consultant to oversee external and internal communications and strategically position UNICEF as a leader in transforming education. The consultant will contribute to attracting new partners and keeping existing donors and partners informed of its progress with creative and strategic storytelling.
The successful candidate will be a part of the Global Learning Innovation Hub team based in Finland and will work under the direct supervision of the Partnerships Specialist and in close collaboration with UNICEF Communication teams. The consultant will work remotely and/or in a hybrid modality and is expected to be available during the EET time zone.
Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Associate perform procedural and some specialized activities pertaining to UNICEF’s ICT systems, which include desktop administration and server operations. Specialized activities typically pertain to the installation and routine configuration of ICT system components and user orientation. Procedural activities include all other processes that may not require the application of specialized information technology training and knowledge, such as maintaining technical and user documentation and/or serving as focal point for receipt and processing of user requests.
The consultancy aims to support the justice sector in Uzbekistan by developing specialized training materials for an in-service course tailored to criminal court judges. These materials will focus on the practical implementation of the 2023 legislative reforms related to the protection of children from sexual violence and exploitation, including the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the Protection of Children from All Forms of Violence.” In addition to creating the modules, the consultancy will build the capacity of a selected group of judges through targeted training sessions. The finalized materials will also be prepared for integration into the curriculum of the Judicial Academy under the Supreme Judicial Council, ensuring long-term sustainability and institutional adoption.
