Le dialogue sectoriel est structuré par le Cadre partenarial Éducation, qui prévoit une agence de coordination chargée de faciliter la concertation entre le gouvernement et les partenaires, conformément aux orientations du GPE.
Dans ce cadre, l’UNICEF assurera ce rôle à partir de juillet 2026 et prévoit de mobiliser un consultant national pour appuyer la coordination sectorielle, le partenariat avec le GPE et la gestion du secrétariat.
To provide time-bound strategic, technical and operational consultancy support to UNICEF Ghana and government partners for the planning, design, configuration, implementation monitoring, evidence generation and scale-up of Ghana’s Digital Education Programme. The consultant will support the responsible use of Google-powered Gemini AI to operationalize an AI-enabled Teaching and Learning Companion for teacher professional development, foundational learning improvement and education system strengthening. The assignment will contribute to improving teacher capacity, strengthening pre-service and in-service teacher professional development, supporting implementation in selected Colleges of Education and districts, and generating evidence to inform national scale-up. The consultancy will be deliverables-based and will support UNICEF Ghana’s collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Ghana Education Service, CENDLOS, National Teaching Council, Colleges of Education, selected districts and other partners in alignment with UNICEF’s Digital Education Strategy and national education priorities.
The primary purpose of this consultancy is to provide continuous technical accompaniment to the Government of Sao Tomé and Príncipe (STP) and to the UNICEF STP Country Office in preparing for the full transition from Gavi support by 2030. The consultant will support the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance in the design, costing, adoption and implementation of a credible transition financing strategy that secures the sustainability of the national immunization programme and strengthens the domestic financing of primary health care more broadly.
The objective of this consultancy is to provide a comprehensive, evidence-based technical assessment of selected social sector Management Information Systems using the Administrative Data Maturity Model (ADaMM) methodology, namely to:
1. Diagnose the maturity of Nigeria's selected administrative data systems (priority sectors include health, education, child protection, and social protection) using ADaMM, to establish maturity baselines and co-create benchmarks with Government, leveraging the Power of Data initiative to convene partners.
2. Conduct a series of consultations with relevant stakeholders, to assess the systems maturity levels, while leveraging the Power of Data initiative as a convening mechanism.
3. Produce a summary diagnostic report, including dataflow mapping, standards review, governance analysis, and interoperability opportunities – using AdaMM as a reference framework.
4. Co-design a Roadmap for action with proposed investments for the short, medium and long term.
