UNICEF in Vientiane, Lao PDR is looking for 2 National Internship for Communication & Advocacy. The duration of this assignment is 6 months, starting as soon as possible. The intern will be based in UNICEF Office in Vientiane.
Under the guidance of the Communication Specialist, and in coordination with the ADAP programme, the Partnership Intern will assist in designing a partnership concept aimed at engaging diaspora Generation Z and Generation Alpha audiences in fundraising and advocacy for UNICEF. The Intern will further contribute to initiatives engaging young people in Armenia to promote climate action and strengthen youth center activities.

The intern will provide entry-level, learning-focused support to the global CRE portfolio, assisting with coordination, documentation, knowledge management, and basic research. Working under the supervision of the Education & Climate Lead, the intern will contribute to day-to-day activities that strengthen collaboration, track technical assistance, and support knowledge sharing, while gaining practical exposure to UNICEF’s work at the intersection of education and climate resilience.

The minimum qualification required is at least studying in Year 3, or Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or other similar subjects.
