UNICEF Jakarta is looking for Private Sector Fundraising (PSFR) Officer (Growth Marketing Lead, Digital Fundraising) based in Jakarta. The implementation of an audience-focused marketing-led approach to the engagement of mass-market Individuals audiences is a key pillar of UNICEF Indonesia’s ambitious growth strategy. By achieving a clear understanding of the demographics, behaviours and motivations of specific audience segments UNICEF will then be best placed to create tailored audience-focused products and engagement methods along with integrated supporter journeys. These journeys will span all aspects of the engagement funnel – from pre-acquisition positioning all the way through to ongoing retention, donor care and value maximization. A key element of this new approach will be to scale-up UNICEF’s digital fundraising approaches as part of the overall approach to supporter engagement. Under the supervision and guidance of the PSFR Specialist (Head of Supporter Marketing), this role will bring growth marketing specialist expertise and skills to digital fundraising and marketing, owning the donor acquisition funnel and efficiency metrics (CPA, LTV, ROAS).
