The WASH Officer will report to the WASH Specialist and provide technical, operational and administrative assistance throughout the WASH programming process. The WASH Officer will prepare, and implement a variety of technical, management, and administrative tasks, related to the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the WASH output results of the country programme. Specifically, this position will provide dedicated WASH engineering expertise to the WASH Programme in the country office including working closely with key government stakeholders and selected contractors in planning of improvement works and to provide close technical oversight and regular reporting of implementation of the construction works.
