The purpose of the consultancy is to provide technical support to UNICEF's engagement with the Department for Emergency Situations in Romania for systems strengthening for child-focused emergency preparedness. The main involvement of the consultant will be in providing support for the implementation of PREP-KIDS, a 2-year project implemented by a consortium of four countries (Bulgaria, Moldova, Poland and Romania) led by the Department for Emergency Situations. The project aims at strengthening the quality, coherence and child-centered focused emergency preparedness in the four countries, as well as increasing the level of knowledge and preparedness of the population, especially children and adolescents.

UNICEF Brazil is looking for a high-level professional to act as Child Protection Officer in Rio de Janeiro with targeted support to São Paulo city. He/she will support the design, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of UNICEF’s child protection programme in these big urban centers. The role contributes to evidence-based planning by conducting situation analyses, identifying priorities, and supporting results-based programme design focused on violence prevention, child protection systems strengthening, safe schools, child-sensitive justice, and integrated service delivery. The incumbent monitors programme performance, resources, and results; prepares reports; identifies implementation bottlenecks; and supports timely corrective actions to ensure effective programme delivery and accountability.

Consultant international en appui à la rédaction des projets de textes normatifs encadrant l’éducation basée sur le numérique dans le système éducatif national Cotonou– Benin (basée à domicile) 4 mois REQ#594467 in Benin
Dans le cadre de l’opérationnalisation de la feuille de route, approuvée par le Chef de l’État, de mise en oeuvre du cadre de référence de la Réforme relative à la qualité et au contrôle de la qualité dans les enseignements primaire et secondaire général, le Comité de pilotage1 de ladite Réforme a entrepris la relecture des curricula du CI en Terminale. Cette relecture a permis d’obtenir les livrables ci-après : •au niveau de l’enseignement primaire (CI au CM2) : 30 programmes, 30 guides pédagogiques, 4 158 fiches pédagogiques, 30 Cahiers d’activités et 06 manuels ; •au niveau de l’enseignement secondaire général : 61 programmes, 54 guides pédagogiques, 2 119 fiches pédagogiques, 70 cahiers d’activités et 11 manuels. En outre, les travaux techniques préalables au démarrage du processus de transformation de ces curricula relus pour l’enseignement à distance sont en cours d’achèvement. Au nombre de ces travaux, on peut citer l’identification du pool d’experts multidisciplinaires à former et des activités primordiales à réaliser en vue d’une prise en charge intégrable de la mise sous format d’enseignement à distance desdits curricula.
