Consultant (12 months, home-based): Family Philanthropy Consultant, Division of Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP) in Switzerland
The purpose of this assignment is to enhance the engagement and management of global multi-generational families by developing and implementing strategic initiatives, communication strategies, and events that align with UNICEF’s philanthropic goals. This includes developing new family engagement opportunities specifically designed for age groups and/or generations currently not served by any offerings; creating content that effectively communicates the impact of family philanthropic donations and engagements; planning and executing donor engagement events, such as Supply Division Family day visits, Innocenti Family day visits and other regional events. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement within the Global Philanthropy team and across other teams. The Consultant will work under the supervision and report to the Chief Global Philanthropy, based in Geneva. Further engagement may come in the form of communication with the other potential team members from UNICEF who will be identified separately. Additional relevant UNICEF staff from headquarters, national committees, and regional/country offices may be consulted throughout the process.

Business and Child Rights Consultant in Serbia
UNICEF Serbia has positioned itself as a knowledge leader with the capacity to develop and promote children’s rights impact assessment due diligence tools and methodologies related to respect of child rights within business ecosystem. In that respect, UNICEF in Serbia plans to build capacities of the business sector on the business impact on child rights and raise the business sector awareness of how it could be a transformational factor for the achievement of results for children. In addition, the UNICEF–Swedish EPA partnership has strengthened capacities on air quality governance and data, while mobilizing young people through community action, advocacy and innovation, and strengthening formal education systems. Private sector engagement is key to scaling these efforts, protecting children from climate risks, and expanding opportunities for youth empowerment and green skills development. Therefore, support in this area of work is also needed for UNICEF Regional Climate Team.
