The purpose of this consultancy is to provide strategic and operational support for the management and implementation of UNICEF’s digital learning portfolio in Poland, which includes the Akelius Language Learning Programme, the Learning Passport e-learning platform, and the Pstacja UKR initiative. These programs are designed to enhance access to quality education for refugee and host community learners through innovative digital solutions that promote inclusion, resilience, and lifelong learning. The consultant will work under the supervision of the Chief of Education and act as the focal point for digital learning within the Education Section. In this role, the consultant will oversee the coordination and administration of all digital learning platforms and initiatives, ensuring their effective functioning and alignment with UNICEF’s strategic priorities and donor requirements. The consultant will support UNICEF’s education partners and implementing agencies in the design, development, and deployment of engaging digital learning content, while also driving outreach and engagement efforts to promote these platforms among municipalities, schools, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the consultant will monitor usage and impact across all platforms, implement feedback and evaluation mechanisms, and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in digital learning delivery.
