Individual Consultancy: advocacy consultant for Child Survival forum, Maputo, 3 months (remote) in Mozambique
The consultant will work with UNICEF’s Head of Child and Nutrition Advocacy and colleagues across UNICEF to deliver the advocacy workstream of the Advocacy and Communications Strategy with the goal of securing strong government engagement, and where possible new commitments, at the Forum in July. This includes preparing internal briefings to support UNICEF’s plans and activities, developing advocacy resources, and supporting and coordinating (in close collaboration with UNICEF offices) government engagements and preparations ahead of the Forum. The consultant will also consolidate new commitments and Government statements from the Forum and help produce a short results report after the Forum takes place

UNICEF Indonesia is looking for national consultant who will support the Mid-Term Review (MTR) process of Indonesia’s Partnership Compact to be conducted in 2025. The MTR is an important opportunity to assess the progress, relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of the Partnership Compact to date. The MTR process includes identifying good practices, challenges, and lessons learned; and considering the relevance of the Partnership Compact’s focus, including its Theory of Change, in relation to emerging government priorities. The MTR process will reconfirm suitability of the existing Partnership Compact and provide opportunities for its revision to strengthen the delivery of education priority reforms going forward, and to inform the Global Partnership for Education’s (GPE) Board for future GPE financing to Indonesia.
