The UNICEF Eritrea current Country Programme is approaching its end in 2026, and a new Country Programme needs to be established to commence in 2027. In preparation for this transition, a new Country Programme Document (CPD) must be developed. To ensure efficiency and strategic focus, the process will be lean. It will leverage innovative, context-adapted approaches such as participatory prioritization methods and scenario-based planning to streamline decision-making and enhance relevance.
