UNICEF Uganda is seeking to engage an international professional to enhance its resource mobilization and donor reporting efforts. We aim to recruit a Partnerships and Reporting Consultant who will strengthen the capacity of the Country Office to produce high-quality donor reports and effectively manage resource partnerships. The selected consultant will play a pivotal role in meeting essential partnership and donor reporting benchmarks, including achieving UNICEF Uganda’s annual fundraising targets. This work will be conducted in adherence to UNICEF’s global and in-country priorities. The Consultant is expected to carry out critical tasks in alignment with UNICEF’s global standards and guidelines, as well as the framework agreements, standards, and guidelines established by our resource partners. Education Officer - National UN Volunteer Specialist assignment in Iraq
Assignment context: Within the UNICEF Country Programme 2025 – 2029 and under the supervision of the Education Specialist P3, the Education Officer mainly provides professional technical, operational and administrative assistance for the ITALEEM Programme funded by the EU (75%) and implemented jointly with UNESCO. Furthermore, the Education Officer supports the Life Skills programmes funded by Canada (25%), for the reintegration of conflict-affected children returning from Northeast Syria (NES). Overall responsibility includes a variety of technical and administrative tasks to facilitate programme development, implementation, progress monitoring, evaluation, and reporting for these programmes. Technically, the position focuses on supporting the General Directorates of Education (GDoEs) and more widely the Ministry of Education (MoE) on three components: system building and strengthening the governance of the education system; expanding equitable access to quality learning opportunities through formal, non-formal and early childhood education; and improvement of learning, learning outcomes, and skills development. Geographically, the position focuses on (but is not limited to) the following governorates: Baghdad, Babil, Wasit, Karbala, Najaf, Diyala, Salah-A-Din, and Anbar.

National Engineering Consultant on Technical supervision for the construction and renovation in Uzbekistan
The consultant will contribute to various construction and renovation phases of 50 selected schools. This includes the preparation and evaluation of tender documents, the management of all phases of project design and construction work, and liaising with construction and consulting companies engaged by UNICEF for the renovations. The consultant will also contribute to the achievement of concrete and sustainable program/project results according to the work plan, budget allocation, results-based management approaches, methodology, and UNICEF’s strategic plans, standards of performance, and accountability framework.

Temporary Appointment - Education Specialist (GPE), NOC, Kigali, Rwanda #132064 - For Rwandan Nationals Only in Rwanda
The Education Specialist position is required on temporary appointment, to continue technical support to the Ministry of Education on planning, monitoring and reporting of results with a focus on programmes funded by the GPE. The incumbent will also support planning and implementation of key interventions under the national foundational learning strategy, including remedial education, and inclusion of children with disability. Under the direct supervision of Chief Education, the Education Specialist will work with the Education Section team and government partners, most notably the Ministry of Education and Rwanda Basic Education Board, that leads implementation of GPE funded programmes.
