Consultant National appui à l’INS aux analyses thématiques RGPH 2024 : Enfance, Jeunesse, Education et Protection sociale et couverture maladie in Tunisia
Unicef Tunisie s’inscrit dans l’appui que les agences des Nations Unies et la Banque Mondiale apportent dans le domaine de la production des évidences et l’appui au système statistique. Une des majeures opérations que l’Institut National de Statistique (INS) est le recensement général de la population et de l’habitat dont le dernier en date a été conduit à la fin de l’année 2024. Le RGPH permet aux partenaires du gouvernement tunisien ainsi que les ministère et tout acteur du développement l’accès à des données actualisées et à considérer une base de sondage de toute enquête plus récente et ainsi avoir des données plus proches de la réalité. Unicef Tunisie, compte recruter un consultant national pour appuyer l’équipe de l’INS, dans le développement des flashs et rapports thématiques relatifs à l’Enfance, la jeunesse, l’Education et la Protection Sociale et la couverture maladie à partir des données du RGPH 2024. Le Consultant travaillera en étroite collaboration avec la section PME de UNICEF Tunisie et les points focaux des agences des nations unies et de la Banque Mondiale pour les thématiques qui les concernent. Il sera sous la supervision de la M&E Officer Unicef Tunisie.

In 2024 and early 2025, a Climate Landscape Analysis for Children (CLAC) was conducted in Belarus by a team of national and international experts, with the support of UNICEF in Belarus. The analysis examined the baseline situation of climate and environment-related issues affecting children in the country. The report was prepared in both Russian and English. Purpose of Activity/ Assignment: To review and finalize the CLAC report, incorporating feedback from UNICEF ECARO and UNICEF Belarus Country Office, and to develop a Policy Brief and Action Plan for adolescent engagement in climate change adaptation and mitigation, aligned with the CPD 2026–2030.
