As a strategic business partner, the incumbent will coordinate operational activities in the Refugee Response Office in Warsaw with the aim of supporting programme implementation, driving change, providing risk-informed and solution-focused analysis, advice, and services, and contributing to programme and management decisions to deliver results for children. The role will support the operational and legal closure of the Refugee Response Office in Poland, in line with the planned office closure on 31 March 2027. The Operations Officer will work closely with the Country Coordinator in the Poland Refugee Response Office and will report to, and be supported by, the Regional Chief of Operations and the RO Operations team.
