La creación de estos instrumentos técnicos y pedagógicos fortalecerán la capacidad institucional del sistema judicial ecuatoriano, alineados con los estándares internacionales de derechos humanos en general y en específico en los derechos de niñez y adolescencia de pueblos y nacionalidades indígenas.
