The purpose of this consultancy is to design and develop online self-learning modules for an all-staff gender equality e-course that includes the following responsibilities 1. Instructional design to technical content (to be provided by UNICEF) that would be engaging for adult learners; 2. Design of complementary visuals, PowerPoint slides, videos, etc.(this would be a combination of using stock and UNICEF images/videos and where these are insufficient to convey the intended messages, this would require creation of custom graphics); and 3. Development of e-course in an online medium. Beta version of the e-course This version is developed based on feedback on the Alpha version provided by the internal reference group and the Content Developer consultant.

UNICEF’s Cameroon CO requires an intern to conduct a study on the various green skills to be developed for adolescents (14-18 years old) in Cameroon and examine related employment and entrepreneurship opportunities. This internship is also aimed at providing tertiary students with an opportunity to put into practice the skills they have learned while in the university, with the hope that by the end of the programme, students should have an opportunity to enhance those skills, obtain the perspective of a work environment and benefit from a mentor or supervisor's experience and advice.

The MHPSS in CPHA and EQUIP Help Desk Consultant will support the development, roll out and uptake of the EQUIP competency assessment tools, existing and newly developed tools, material and manuals. The consultant will provide training and support to build the capacity of development and humanitarian actors from non-governmental organizations (NGOs), community-based organizations (CBOs), academic institutions, governments, among other implementing partners in using the EQUIP platform, assessment tools and entire workforce package across different sectors and areas of work to strengthen the cross-sectoral and MHPSS response. The consultant will also support the field testing and further development of new EQUIP operational competency assessment tools.

Team Leader - Follow-up Evaluation to the Evaluation of UNICEF work for children in urban settings Req #575502 in United States
The thematic scope of this exercise aligns with that of the evaluation of UNICEF work for children in urban settings and the objectives of the follow-up evaluation, including additional emerging needs and ongoing organizational changes around UNICEF work in urban settings. Risk analyses will be produced in areas identified as key in the evaluation, vis-à-vis current global emerging needs, and organizational changes around urban work. Particular attention will be given to ongoing work on urban resilience and peacebuilding for in-depth analyses. The geographical scope of this follow-up evaluation is global, with regional and country level assessments of progress, prioritizing regions where limited progress has been made between 2021 until 2024. In deemed relevant, field-based primary data collection and country selection will follow similar selection criteria as those utilized for the 2021 urban evaluation. Particular attention will be given to countries with ongoing work on urban resilience and peacebuilding

She/He will be responsible for: • Supporting UNICEF Angola to conduct the outreach activities to identify and engage young people who could be interested in being part of UNICEF’s YAB. • Supporting UNICEF Angola to design and conduct the selection process of qualified members for the YAB. • Providing capacity-building to the selected youth so they can be prepared and informed to take part in YAB. • Facilitating the structure of the YAB, including its code of conduct, roles and responsibilities, and workplan.
