Support the UNICEF Mozambique Country Programme Planning (CPP) process and development of the Country Programme Document (CPD) 2027 – 2031New Consultancy Recruitment & Non-Staff Workflow in Mozambique
Under the supervision of the Deputy Representative - Programmes and in close collaboration with the Chief PME, the consultant will support the planning and development process consisting of – i) programme strategizing and ii) and development and finalization of all CPD-related documents. This consultancy will therefore be expected to engage with each sector to ensure new priorities, new data and evidence, programme repositioning, and shifts are adequately captured in the new Programme Rationale, which should also benefit from line-ministry consultation and involvement (to be facilitated by the Programme Section Chiefs). The services of an experienced and qualified consultant are expected to facilitate processes of strategic reflections, prioritization, development of theories of change, articulation of programme rationale and structure, consultation with relevant stakeholders, and drafting of the next country programme document and its annexes.
