UNICEF is a global leader in advocating for the rights and wellbeing of every child, and it relies heavily on its dedicated staff and partnerships to achieve its mission. The Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP) division, based in Geneva, is responsible for private-sector fundraising, engagement, and partnerships, playing a crucial role in generating resources to support UNICEF’s work. To enhance the efficiency, retention, and career development of its staff, UNICEF Geneva aims to improve and formalize the career development pathways within PFP and other related Divisions, specifically the Division of Global Communication and Advocacy (DGCA), Public Partnerships Division (PPD) and Generation Unlimited (Gen U).
