The consultant will work under the supervision of the UNICEF Europe and Central Asia Regional Office (ECARO) Adolescent Development and Participation (ADAP) team and will support various phases of project implementation, including design-build-test-learn agile production cycle, promotion, MVP launch, roll-out and subsequent scale-up to new countries.
