Reporting to the Chief of the Health Section, the national expert will provide technical expertise, support, and guidance to UNICEF in Kazakhstan for Early Childhood Development (ECD) programmes, projects, and activities within the Country Programme with focus on implementation of the joint Comprehensive Plan for Early Intervention and Early Childhood Development “Sätti Bastau". Due to lack of in-house capacity to deliver specific expertise as identified below, UNICEF intends to hire a qualified ECD expert to undertake specific task/deliverables to advance the ECD agenda in the country.

The United Nations Children’s Fund in Cambodia is looking for a Cambodian national consultant to develop a wide range of creative materials, including graphic designs, publication layouts, social media visuals, leaflets, posters, videos, photo essays, and audio tracks. These outputs will be used to enhance programme visibility, engage stakeholders, and promote child rights and well-being across Cambodia. In addition to content creation, the consultant will manage and regularly update UNICEF Cambodia’s public website, ensuring that information is timely, accessible, and inclusive. UNICEF Tajikistan is seeking a qualified and motivated candidate for the position of Chief of Advocacy and Policy, who will lead the Leveraging, Evidence, Advocacy and Policy (LEAP) Section. The LEAP Section plays a critical role in supporting the Country Office management and sectoral teams through: - Evidence- and data-based policy dialogue and advocacy; - Monitoring the child rights situation in Tajikistan using robust data and evidence - Leveraging financing for children, by mobilizing resources from a variety of sources and fostering partnerships with diverse stakeholders. The ultimate goal of the LEAP Section is to help address multi-sectoral and structural challenges and to maximize the impact of UNICEF’s work on the lives of children in Tajikistan.
