UNICEF Romania invites qualified candidates to express their interest to be included in the roster of consultants for child rights monitoring specialists. They might be contracted to provide technical assistance/advice to UNICEF in delivering specific products in relation with the three areas mentioned above. The purpose of this consultant roster is to engage professionals with relevant expertise who can be deployed on short-term assignments to provide technical assistance/advice across a broad range child rights monitoring work. The roster will allow for rapid mobilization of expert services in accordance with the programming needs. Specific deliverables will be developed for each future collaboration opportunity.

UNICEF supports governments to plan, finance, and deliver climate-resilient basic services and community resilience measures that reduce risks to children. As the pipeline of climate finance project ideas expands, many Country Offices and government partners require specialised support for proposal development, coordination, documentation, results frameworks, and compliance with donor requirements. To respond to this growing demand, UNICEF is establishing a Global Roster of Climate Finance Expert Consultants. The roster will play a central role in supporting the CoE’s Climate Finance Area during its inception phase by providing Country Offices with timely access to specialised expertise. Consultants will support UNICEF teams to navigate complex donor project cycles efficiently, while ensuring consistency, quality, and on-time delivery of climate finance proposals.
