UNICEF Bangladesh is seeking a motivated Child Protection Officer (NO-B, Temporary Appointment) to support the effective implementation of the community-based child protection component, contributing to improved access to quality child protection services for vulnerable children and families.Working closely with the Department of Social Services (DSS), implementing partners and UNICEF colleagues, you will support the delivery of quality community-based child protection services by supporting Community-Based Child Protection Committees (CBCPCs), Child Protection Service Hubs, community volunteers and referral pathways. You will contribute to quality case management, community outreach, service coordination, programme monitoring and field-level quality assurance, while promoting the effective use of child protection information systems to ensure vulnerable children receive timely and appropriate protection services.
